Location is perfect! There is a metro station, mall and a bus stop nearby. The airport is easily accessible. We received a warm welcome from the moment we walked in until the moment we departed. Siwar, Yosra, you were awesome! Internet: I had problems connecting to the Internet,Joseph performed a great job and patiently guided me through the entire process if I had more issues. Connectivity: Needs improvement. TV- Not much variety of programmes to watch. Housekeeping: A very energetic team. Respectful and professional. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Maintenance Team (Electrical): Always on hand! Restaurant: The food was delicious. Wide choice. The synergy between the restaurant manager, Mr. Zakkah and the team is exceptional. The staff are very knowledgeable, except for an incident where I requested an omelette for two, and I specifically said said one without sausage. The team member (name withheld as this review is not to victimise but for improvement; I can be contacted on this) came with 3 plates and could not tell which one was without sausage and walked off. In contrast, the next time I requested an omelette, Sureka had a sheet with various fillings.As I said what I wanted, she checked each box, and delivery was smooth. Despite experiencing long queues a few times, I commend Mr. Zakkah and his team for reducing queues and wait times quickly. The restaurant provided an excellent dining experience. Thank you, Sureka, Wael, Aziz (hope I spelled that right), Black Lady in Doha Baking and the "behind the scenes" team, i.e Core Kitchen Staff. We may not see you, but we appreciate your dedication and your invaluable contribution.Mr Zakkah: Very professional, versatile, flexible, unassuming, kind-natured. Shukran! It was one of my best hotel experiences ever. The location can't be any better in Doha. The hotel is situated in the most newly-built district full of glittering skyscrappers. It's only five-minute walk to the private tourist beach Doha Sands and 5-minute walk to the huge shopping mall which offers a variety of shops, a big supermarket plenty of nice affordable restaurants and fast food places. The hotel room was huge! It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and fully-equipped with all necessary appliances (cooker, conditioning, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, TV and so on). There were all necessary kitchen utensils to cook meals. The breakfast was delicious and included a big range of snacks, salads, pastry, main courses. Every day we had something new in the buffet. The staff of the hotel was always polite and helpful. And we recieved all of the mentioned above at an unbelievably affordable price for such first-class accomodation and services. The whole experience was beyond all our expectations and we will definitely come back again!

Abdulaziz, in particular, stood out with his warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care, making each dining experience truly memorable. Inside the hotel, there is a coffee shop (I never visited it but it seems nice) and a mini shop run by a very friendly uncle, which is open 24 hours a day. The staff at the hotel in general, despite some mild language barriers, are always determined to help you and give you the best service! The room is MASSIVE — very spacious with a comfortable bed and soft pillows (so comfortable that we skipped site-seeing on one of the days just to sleep in). In addition to the towels, the coffee station and waters are replaced every day, and the kitchen has all the crockery and utensils you could possibly need. To our surprise, there’s a bar in the basement level! Open from 5pm until about 2am. The pool area is nice and quiet, on the same floor as the gym and the spa. Staying here elevated my already incredible experience of Qatar!
